2. Products & pricing

We do our best to display product details, images, and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing — even after the order is confirmed. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when payment is captured and a confirmation email is sent. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and other certified providers; we do not store your card details.

All content on this site — including the MoodifyPet name, logo, product names, photography, copy, and design — is owned by or licensed to MoodifyPet and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

MoodifyPet is a fragrance-free during use passive odor-neutralization product. It is not a medical, veterinary, or air-purification device. Results vary with room size, ventilation, litter type, and number of cats. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoodifyPet is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or product.
