Damaged or lost?

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Delivery times depend on your address but are typically 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.

Email info@moodifypetus.com with your order number and a one-line note about why MoodifyPet didn’t work for you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancel in one click at moodifypet.shop/cancel-subscription or read the full Subscription Terms. If a renewal already shipped and you no longer want it, email us within 30 days of the ship date for a refund of the unused portion.
