Email info@moodifypetus.com with your order number and a one-line note about why MoodifyPet didn’t work for you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions
If you subscribed for monthly delivery, you can pause, skip, or cancel any time from your account. Subscription orders ship around the same date each month so you always have a fresh system before the previous one runs out.
