Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
California residents can opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.
What "sharing" means here
MoodifyPet does not sell personal information for money. However, like most e-commerce sites, we use advertising and analytics cookies — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics — that transmit online identifiers, page views, and purchase events to those providers. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, that activity is treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you have the right to opt out.
How to opt out — two options
- Use the cookie banner. Choose "Reject non-essential" when the banner appears at the bottom of the site. This will block the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics from loading on your device. If you previously accepted, you can clear your browser cookies to see the banner again, or use the email option below.
- Enable Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out under CCPA/CPRA and will not load non-essential advertising cookies on your visit.
Your other California rights
You also have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have a copy or a summary of it, to correct inaccuracies, and to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@moodifypetus.com. We respond within 45 days (we may extend once by an additional 45 days if reasonably necessary, and will tell you why).
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. See our Privacy Policy for the full description of what we collect and why.
