Program summary

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from MoodifyPet (order updates, restock alerts, promotions). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (typically up to 6/month). Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

1. Consent

You must be 18+ and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number. Providing your number and checking the SMS opt-in box (or texting a keyword to our short code / long code) constitutes express written consent under the TCPA to receive automated marketing messages.

2. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further marketing texts. You can rejoin by texting our keyword or re-opting in on the site. Transactional messages (order/shipping) may continue for active orders.

3. Help

Reply HELP for support, or contact support@moodifypetus.com.

4. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported U.S. carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others.

5. Privacy

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by SMS or email prior to taking effect.
