Subscription terms.
These terms apply to the MoodifyPet Get Fresh Home Plan (auto-refill). By enrolling you agree to the recurring billing described below. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable state law.

1. What the Get Fresh Home Plan is
The Get Fresh Home Plan is a recurring subscription that ships your selected MoodifyPet system every 30 days at a discount compared with the one-time price. Enrolling authorizes MoodifyPet (through Shopify Payments and the Shopify Subscriptions app) to charge your payment method on file automatically until you cancel.
2. Price and billing frequency
- Billing frequency: every 30 days from the date of your first order.
- Amount charged: the subscription price shown on the product page at time of enrollment (the "subscribe & save" price), plus any applicable taxes and any shipping charges that apply at renewal. The exact recurring amount is shown to you on the checkout page and in your confirmation email.
- Price changes: we will give you at least 30 days' advance email notice of any change to your recurring price before it takes effect. You can cancel before the change applies.
- Payment method: the card or wallet you used to enroll. If a charge fails, we will retry a limited number of times and email you.
- Charges continue until you cancel. The subscription does not have a fixed end date.
3. How to cancel — click-to-cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time, in the same way you signed up (online). Cancelling stops all future charges. We do not charge a cancellation fee. There is no phone call, retention call, or "save offer" required to cancel.
You can cancel in either of these ways:
- Use our self-serve cancel page at moodifypet.shop/cancel-subscription — you'll be sent a one-click cancellation link by email, no account login required.
- Or email info@moodifypetus.com from the address on your order with the subject "Cancel my subscription." Cancellations sent by email are processed within one business day and take effect immediately (no additional charges will be made after we receive your request).
You can also skip an upcoming shipment or change the frequency through the account link included in every order confirmation and renewal email.
4. Renewal reminders (California residents and long-term plans)
Consistent with California Business & Professions Code § 17600 et seq. and similar state auto-renewal statutes:
- If your subscription includes an introductory discount, free trial, or gift period longer than 31 days, we will send you a reminder email 3–21 days before that period ends and the regular recurring price begins.
- If you are on a plan with a term of one year or longer, we will send you a renewal reminder 15–45 days before each renewal, in a retainable form (email), clearly stating that the plan will renew unless cancelled and how to cancel.
- Every order confirmation email restates the recurring price, billing frequency, and cancellation method.
5. Refunds on subscription renewals
If you cancel before a renewal ships, you will not be charged for that renewal. If a renewal ships and you no longer want it, contact us within 30 days of the ship date at info@moodifypetus.com and we will refund the unused portion to your original payment method. This subscription refund policy is in addition to the first-order 30-day money-back guarantee described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
6. Your consent
When you click "Start My Fresh Home Plan," "Get my plan," or check the subscription option and complete checkout, you expressly consent to the recurring charges described above. Before you complete checkout we display the recurring price, the 30-day billing frequency, and a cancellation link immediately next to the purchase button. We keep a record of your consent for at least three years, as required by the FTC's Negative Option Rule.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued enrollment after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, you can cancel at any time using the methods in Section 3.

Notice of Financial Incentive (California Civil Code § 1798.125)
The Get Fresh Home Plan is a "financial incentive" under the California Consumer Privacy Act because subscribers receive a discount (typically 5–15% off the one-time price) in exchange for enrolling, which requires us to collect and retain personal information necessary to fulfill recurring orders (name, shipping address, email, payment token, purchase history).
- Material terms: the discount is displayed on the product page prior to enrollment. Subscribers may cancel any time at /cancel-subscription with no penalty.
- How to opt in: select "Subscribe & Save" on the product page and complete checkout.
- How to withdraw: cancel your subscription any time (see above); withdrawal ends the discount for future orders but does not require deletion of your account.
- Good-faith value estimate: the value of the personal information collected is reasonably related to the discount offered (retention lift, reduced acquisition cost, and predictable inventory). We calculate this using the discount amount as a proxy; the discount is not intended to compensate you for the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information for money.
