Copyright infringement notices and counter-notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512.

MoodifyPet respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.
1. Designated agent

2. Notice of infringement (takedown)
To be effective, your notice must include ALL of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its URL on our site.
- Your contact information: name, address, phone, email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Misrepresentations may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
3. Counter-notice
If material of yours was removed and you believe it was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, your address/phone/email, and consent to jurisdiction of a federal court in your district (or Wyoming if outside the U.S.).
4. Repeat infringer policy
We terminate accounts of users determined, in appropriate circumstances, to be repeat infringers.
