Option 1 — Cancel by email (fastest)

The email below is pre-filled. Send it from the address on your order and we will cancel your subscription within one business day. You will not be charged again after we receive it, even if your renewal date falls before we reply.

Option 2 — Cancel from your Shopify account

Every order confirmation and renewal reminder we send includes a "Manage subscription" link. Open the most recent email from MoodifyPet, click that link, then select Cancel — the subscription stops immediately, no confirmation call required.

What happens after you cancel

All future recurring charges stop immediately.
Any renewal that has not shipped yet will not be charged or shipped.
You keep any systems already delivered — nothing to return.
If a renewal has already shipped in the last 30 days and you no longer want it, reply to your cancellation email and we will refund the unused portion to your original payment method.
