Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.

What we do

Design with sufficient color contrast, focus indicators, and scalable text.
Provide meaningful alt text on product, educational, and lifestyle imagery.
Build interactive components (menus, dialogs, drawers, forms) so they are keyboard-navigable and announced correctly by screen readers.
Test key flows — browsing, cart, checkout, subscription cancellation — with keyboard-only navigation and modern screen readers.

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds (payment checkout, chat widgets, video) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. Where a third-party experience blocks completion of a task, we will provide an accessible alternative — including completing a purchase or cancellation over email.
