Cookie policy.
What we set, why, and how you can turn it off.

A "cookie" is a small file stored on your device by a website. We also use similar technologies (local storage, pixels, SDKs). This page explains each category we use, who sets it, its purpose, and how long it lasts.
Categories we use
| Category | Examples / Provider | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Shopify session, cart, CSRF, consent state (moodifypet_consent) | Keep the site secure and remember your cart and consent choices. | Session to 12 months |
| Functional | Language, quiz answers, wholesale rep session | Remember preferences and progress across pages. | Up to 12 months |
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) | Aggregate traffic, page performance, funnel steps. | Up to 24 months |
| Advertising / retargeting | Meta Pixel (_fbp, fr), TikTok Pixel (if enabled) | Measure ad performance and show relevant ads on other sites. | Up to 13 months |
Your choices
We display a cookie banner on first visit. Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default until you accept. You can change your choice any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer, or by clearing the moodifypet_consent value in your browser storage to see the banner again.
California residents can also submit a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request, which we treat as an opt-out of cross-context behavioral advertising cookies.
Browser controls
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. The Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal is honored as an opt-out of sale/sharing for California residents.
